About the resort:

The Riu Guancaste Resort & Casino is a beautiful new 4.5-star all-inclusive resort set on a beautiful golden beach surrounded by lush

green mountains in the Guanacaste region of Costa Rica's northern Pacific coast, less than an hour from the region's main Liberia airport. The

resort boasts 4 restaurants (Gourmet, Asian, Mexican, buffet & outdoor/steakhouse), 5 bars/lounges, 2 huge pools with rockin' swim-

up bar, jacuzzis, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, snorkeling, tennis, ping pong, billiards/pool & sports bar, daytime activity program,

Full payment is required at time of booking along with traveler's FULL PASSPORT NAME (FIRST, MIDDLE, LAST NAME, as it

appears on your passport) as well as your birthdate. For final/full payment, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American

Express & Discover) are accepted as well as check or cash. For credit card payments, we require a signed credit card authorization from

the cardholder... please come by or call our office to provide your payment information so that we can then complete the form for you to sign

(sent via fax). We also require a signed video/photography release in order to join us on this trip. PRICE IS SUBJECT TO

AVAILABILITY & CHANGE UNTIL PAID IN FULL. Though a deposit usually guarantees the price, under rare circumstance

price is subject to change (due to unforeseen government tax increases, currency fluctuations or fuel increases) until paid in full.

Pay in full if you can to avoid the slight possibility of fuel or tax increase; though rare, it can happen.

Since this is a discounted group special, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE; PAYMENTS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE & NON-

CHANGEABLE (a change is considered a cancellation). Travel insurance of $99- $149 per person (covering

medical/emergency cancellations only, restrictions apply) is strongly recommended but not included, due at time of deposit.

(Ask your agent for more info). Be advised: VALID PASSPORTS ARE NOW REQUIRED FOR ALL U.S. CITIZENS GOING TO COSTA RICA;

passport must be good for at least 6 months after return date home & must have at least one blank page left in it for stamping

purposes. If you are not a U.S. citizen, please check with your country’s consulate as to what is required for your travel.

MINORS TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: In addition to a valid U.S passport the child must have, minors (children under 18 on

date of departure) traveling out of the country without both natural parents MUST also have a notarized affidavit of permission to

travel without parent(s) from each absent parent or guardian. (Parent/guardian having full custody or parent with deceased spouse must have

paperwork proving same).

Due to changing laws & regulations, travelers are responsible for checking on & obtaining proper documentation

& identification necessary for their travel.

By law, travelers are required to check in at LEAST 2 hours prior to departure time at the airport... failure to check in by this time

(checking in late) may forfeit ALL your travel with no refunds or compensation given. Due to heavier security measures & a lengthy

check-in process at the airport, please arrive at the airport early, both on outbound & return flights, to allow ample time for the whole check-in

process... if you check in late, the airline will cancel your space & refuse boarding, & you will be paying penalties to change your

tickets or buying new tickets to get home. BE EARLY! The above travel requirements & regulations are mandatory... no refunds or

compensation will be made due to non-compliance with these above government regulations & denied boarding as a result.
