Space that is not held by your deposit (and/or final payment when due) is subject to cancellation with no refunds given (in other words, we cannot "hold" space for anyone without a corresponding deposit, & if you do not make your final payment by the deadline, your space can go "bye-bye"!) ROOMMATES: If you need a roommate, we can try & put you in touch with others who may be looking for a roommate, though for legal reasons we will not "assign" you a roommate. The person you choose to room with is strictly & only your decision. Names are really not "due" until final payment, so if you need time to find a friend to go, that's not a problem!

BE ADVISED: for travel to MEXICO, you will be required to have a VALID U.S. PASSPORT (with at least 6 months' validity & at least 1 blank inside page left; any passport expiring before mid-March 2008 needs to be renewed before departure). NO birth certificates will be accepted... PASSPORT ONLY!! (For NON-U.S. citizens, please check with your country's consulate as to what is required for entry/exit to & from Mexico). Minors traveling may require additional documents; please call our office for further info. Traveler is responsible for checking on his/her own travel documentation requirements needed for Mexico prior to departure.
